Life and Other Stuff

This is my niece’s post about her recent run. I have to say she articulates so very well why we run. It’s more than about just running. For in the run, we find the answers to life’s big questions. That solitude, that time alone, that time with nothing but you and your thoughts – it forces you to deal with it all.
