So even though we live with a couple of wild animals, we (Eric) decided we needed to get out of the house and go to the zoo! So that’s what we did today.
And in my on-going determination to be more conscious of my phone use, I decided not to take a bunch of pictures like I usually do. I wanted to just “be”. Be in the moment with my family. Watch the kids. See what they were seeing instead of being distracted or looking at them through a lens or on a small screen.
So I took exactly two pictures! (one of each of them as the were sleeping in the car on the way down. 🙂 We had a great day and the kids even got to feed a giraffe! So fun!! We wore our wild animals out and they slept most of the way home too!! Good day!
